Hello, I’m Cynthia Tyner.

I’m a Metro Atlanta REALTOR® who believes real estate should begin with listening. My clients deserve clear explanations, honest guidance, and room to make decisions without pressure.

My focus on 55+ homeowners grew from understanding that a move later in life is rarely “just a transaction.” It can involve a longtime family home, changing needs, adult children, finances, belongings, and the question of what comes next. I help bring those pieces into a manageable plan.

I also serve buyers and sellers throughout Metro Atlanta, bringing the same thoughtful communication and attention to detail to every relationship.

Professional background

My education and designations support a people-centered approach to real estate. I hold the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation along with PSA, AHWD®, C2EX, and PMN credentials. I’m also involved with the Women’s Council of REALTORS® DeKalb Network. My service includes 2023–2024 Membership Director, 2025 First Vice President, 2026 Parliamentarian, and the 2026 Candidate Review Team.
